1. Agreement

Welcome to MBKTech.org ("MBKTech", "we", "our", or "us").

MBKTech.org is a technology brand and website owned and operated by Muhammad Bin Khalid.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MBKTech.org, our software, APIs, AI services, websites, applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using any MBKTech Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Services with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Services, you represent that you satisfy these requirements.


3. Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

Unless otherwise stated, user accounts are created only by MBKTech administrators.

Creating an account does not guarantee continued access to any Service.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account.
  • Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access.
  • All activity performed using your account unless caused by our negligence.

Users may request deletion of their account by contacting MBKTech.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services responsibly and lawfully.

You must not:

  • Break any applicable law.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Circumvent security measures.
  • Interfere with Service operation.
  • Launch denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks.
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious code.
  • Upload harmful software.
  • Use stolen credentials.
  • Create fake or misleading accounts.
  • Impersonate another person or organization.
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property.
  • Abuse AI systems.
  • Abuse APIs.
  • Exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Attempt privilege escalation.
  • Scrape our Services without written permission.
  • Operate automated bots without authorization.
  • Reverse engineer proprietary systems except where permitted by applicable law.
  • Use the Services in any manner that could damage MBKTech or other users.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination.


5. AI Services

Some MBKTech Services use artificial intelligence.

By using these Services you acknowledge:

  • AI responses may contain mistakes.
  • AI-generated content should not be treated as professional legal, medical, financial, engineering, or safety advice.
  • Users remain responsible for verifying important information before relying on it.
  • We may store prompts, uploaded content, conversations, and generated responses to operate, secure, and improve our Services.
  • We do not sell AI prompts or conversations.

You must not use AI Services to create or distribute unlawful, abusive, or malicious content.


6. APIs

MBKTech may provide public or private APIs.

API access may require:

  • Authentication
  • API keys
  • Rate limits
  • Usage restrictions

API keys remain the property of MBKTech.

We may:

  • Suspend API keys.
  • Rotate API credentials.
  • Modify API behavior.
  • Introduce rate limits.
  • Disable API access where necessary.

Developers are responsible for protecting their API credentials.


7. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload unless otherwise stated.

By uploading content, you grant MBKTech a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Store it.
  • Process it.
  • Display it where required.
  • Transmit it.
  • Back it up.
  • Use it solely to provide and improve the Services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload your content.

You remain solely responsible for your uploaded materials.


8. Open Source Software

Many MBKTech projects are released under open-source licenses.

Each repository or project may have its own license.

Unless otherwise stated, the applicable repository license governs use of the software.

Most projects use the MIT License, although other licenses may apply.


9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all content available through the Services—including text, graphics, logos, branding, designs, software (excluding open-source repositories), documentation, and other materials—is owned by MBKTech or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.


10. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate or depend upon third-party providers including cloud hosting, analytics, networking, payment processing, or infrastructure services.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party services.

Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.


11. Donations

Most MBKTech Services are provided free of charge.

Users may voluntarily donate to support development.

Donations do not create ownership rights, memberships, or special legal status unless expressly stated.

Unless required by law, donations are non-refundable.


12. Availability

We strive to keep the Services available.

However, we do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability.
  • Error-free operation.
  • Compatibility with all devices.
  • Permanent access to any feature.

Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.


13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe a user has:

  • Violated these Terms.
  • Engaged in illegal activity.
  • Created a security risk.
  • Abused the Services.
  • Attempted unauthorized access.
  • Compromised other users or our infrastructure.

Accounts that remain inactive for extended periods may be marked inactive, though they are not automatically deleted.

Termination does not relieve users of obligations incurred before termination.


14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MBKTech disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Services will always be available.
  • The Services will be error-free.
  • AI responses will always be accurate.
  • Files stored through the Services will never be lost.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MBKTech, its owner, contributors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business
  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Service interruptions
  • Security incidents
  • AI-generated output
  • Third-party services

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.


16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MBKTech, its owner, contributors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your uploaded content.
  • Your infringement of another person's rights.
  • Your unlawful activities.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Where both documents apply, they should be read together.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.


21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.


22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and MBKTech regarding the Services and supersede all prior understandings relating to the same subject matter.
